The L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival is an annual celebration of fashion, design, business and creative endeavor for everyone to enjoy.

A true feast for the senses, you will be witness to the most stylish, week-long entertainment on offer including world-class runway shows featuring Australia’s established and emerging designers, state-of-the art production, beauty workshops, industry seminars and forums, live entertainment and much more!

The Festival continues to inspire and connect the designers, consumers and retailers who keep Australian fashion alive so come and experience a runway show or fashion activity in March before exploring Melbourne’s magical retail hotspots, armed with the most fashion-forward insights.

CHAPEL OF CHIC – History of Fashion Walk

• Join filmmaker Lesley Sharon Rosenthal on the Chapel of Chic walking tour based on her recent film of the same title.
• Discover the fascinating history of Chapel St’s knitting mills, workrooms and boutiques.
• Hear about the pivotal role fashion designers and young retailers played in turning Chapel St into an iconic fashion destination.

CHAPEL OF CHIC DOCUMENTARY

• An entertaining feature-length documentary about the real people, passion, ideas and creativity that made Chapel Street.
