Our biggest asset has always been our people. The Chapel Street Precinct Association t/a Streets Ahead Promotions Inc.(SAPI) is a member organisation established in 1993 and is made up of an enthusiastic and diverse bunch of local business people committed to building community spirit while creating a sense of pride and place. They also actively encourage the local business community to consider innovative forms of retail and destination marketing.
We have a vision of becoming ‘….a ‘total experience destination’. This will be achieved through the development of a clean, safe, well branded, active, vibrant and culturally significant visitor experience enriched by the character of our locals.
We are also privileged to be working in partnership with Pran Central, Prahran Market, Jam Factory and Vogue South Yarra who share our passion for and committed to the development of a total experience destination.
