Homewares, hospo & a bright pink florist! Here’s what’s new to Chapel Street in November.

We’re always on the lookout for new homewares stores. Especially good ones, so we literally squealed with delight when we stumbled across Garden Street Garden. This gem was brought southside by the team behind 2klabware and it’s filled with killer plants (not literal killers – this isn’t Jurassic Park) and super cute pots and cushions. You need to check it out asap.

If your interior style is big & bold you’ll self combust upon entry to Daqua. Think bright colours and exciting textures – and statement pieces apleanty! We’re in love with the blue sofa – even if we have to redecorate just to fit that bad boy in! If you can’t do a full makeover, there’s great smaller pieces that’ll slot straight into any style, so we suggest you check it out soon.

Promise Cafe

If you find yourself on High Street, Prahran and in need of good coffee head yourself over to Promise. The brand new cafe has just set up shop. Our advice? Grab a takeaway coffee and head on down to Victoria Gardens – especially if you’ve got a pupper who needs a walk, or if you’re a casual pupper stalker who’d just like to pat the cute doggos who hang out there.

173 High St, Prahran

Just off Chapel in Prahran is the totes adorbs Cecil Street. It’s home to some of the coolest small businesses in Melbs, and now it’s home to Copper & Brass too. Copper & Brass is a minimalist wine bar and cafe with a menu developed by a few up and coming chefs – now that’s exciting! Like all good things, the food is made to share and paired with boutique wines. It’s also a function centre that can host up to 110 guests. Winner!

5 Cecil Place, Prahran, Melbourne
