At 1R, we create workouts that bring us together.
Experience a gym so unique, that you'll be left questioning whether you've stepped into a nightclub or a fitness haven. It doesn’t stop there, on Fridays or as we like to call it, Prosecco Friday, we offer complimentary Prosecco after your workout. Turning your workout into a celebration every week.
You can choose from three different class types: Reshape, Reformer and Reps.
Reps:
A 45-minute, strength workout designed to maximise your gains. In Reps, you’ll swap between barbells for foundational strength moves including deadlifts and squats, and the floor for conditioning rounds using equipment like dumbbells and dead balls to get your heart pumping.
Reshape:
Get ready for an endorphin-fuelled session where you'll move between treadmill runs and dynamic weight sequences using your box that has a full set of dumbbells. If you prefer to skip the weights, choose the Double Treadmill (DT) option, and you'll stay on your treadmill throughout.
Reformer:
We do Reformer Pilates a little differently at 1R so get ready for big beats and epic lighting. We have two 45-minute class types so you can feel the burn, or pump up the intensity. In Reformer you’ll expect slower transitions and more time to nail your positions. Looking for a challenge? Try Reformer PLUS+ we work to the beat of epic tracks with fast-paced transitions in a high-powered sweat session. Please note Reformer socks are mandatory from 1 September.
